    Best face scrubber
    Oh my gosh-I wish I'd found this long ago. The face scrubber is the only thing that has finally worked on the pinhole blackheads on some areas on my neck. Though neck area is sensitive this scrubber is gentle and thorough. I simply cannot say enough good about the awesome customer service. They could teach a class in being user friendly as they went way above par to help me with my dumb questions. The product and service are tops in my book and I am so grateful knowing people do care about their customers.

    Works great for what I wanted
    Looks just as advertised. I bought this to help with excess sebum and buildup on my skin. As you can see it worked great for that! It's very easy to use and lightweight. I didn't buy it for the other feature such as the ion and the vibration, but I tried those out and they made the face tingle but didn't hurt at all. Works great for what I wanted it for!

    It recommends you to charge it for 5 hours before using it first, so don't expect to use it straight from the box. It charged easily, and it comes with directions that breakdown the instructions very well plus include pictures for demonstration. The end of the tool is very blunt, it doesn't feel sharp at all, or like it could harm you. Usingit on my skin, it worked amazingly. It cleared out a bunch of sebum that I have had stuck in my pores forever. It didn't leave red marks or bumps from where it had extracted dirt, which is something I typically experience when using pimple extractors. Overall, at this price point I'm very impressed with the product. Also the gift was a very nice touch to the whole order!

    I’ve been seeing these all over my social media and thought I would try them out, I suffer from pretty bad black heads and have deep pores. After steaming my face I still didn’t feel like this worked for me. It works as described, it just didn’t work for me unfortunately.
