These are the terms and conditions on which we supply products to you. Please read these terms carefully before ordering from Neffra, as they provide essential information on buying with us. We may update these terms and conditions at any time by posting the revised terms on our website. The terms available at the time you place your order will govern that purchase.

1.1 Who we are. We are Neffra, an online brand dedicated to offering high quality products.

2. Placing an Order

2.1 How to order. Orders can be placed on our website. After adding items to your cart, proceed through checkout by entering contact, delivery, and billing information. Verify all details before completing your order.

2.2 Order acceptance. Your order is an offer to purchase, which we accept by confirming dispatch. At this point, a contract between you and us is created.

2.3 Order restrictions. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to place an order with us.

3. Our Right to Cancel

3.1 If we cannot fulfill your order. We may cancel your order if the item is out of stock, if there is a billing issue, or if we cannot ship to your location. You will be notified by email, and we won’t charge for unavailable items.

3.2 Suspicious activity. We may cancel orders that appear to exploit our products for resale or business purposes. Please contact customer service if this was a mistake.

3.3 Product supply suspension. We may need to suspend a product to address technical issues, update it, or make improvements.

4. Our Products

4.1 Product offerings. We provide a range of high quality products.

4.2 Product images. Images are illustrative; actual colors may vary slightly depending on device displays.

4.3 Gift cards. Our digital gift cards are subject to the following:

  • Cannot be purchased with another gift card.
  • Limited to a daily total of $2,000 per customer.
  • No expiration date and no fee for inactivity.
  • Must be redeemed with the code provided with each gift card when purchased.

5. Delivery

5.1 Where we deliver. We currently deliver to:

  1. USA, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Israel, Canada, Australia
  2. Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, United Arab Emirates
  3. Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland

5.2 Delivery risks and title. The risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Ownership passes to you once payment is received.

5.3 Delivery costs. Detailed shipping costs are available at Shipping Information Page.

5.4 Delivery timing. Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and country and may take longer during promotions.

5.5 Delays beyond our control. If delivery is delayed for reasons beyond our control, we’ll inform you as soon as possible. For substantial delays, you may cancel the order for a refund.

5.6 If you are unavailable. If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier will notify you on how to arrange a new delivery attempt.

6. Your Rights

6.1 Faulty or misrepresented products. If an item is faulty or significantly misrepresented, you have the right to a replacement or refund, provided it is returned within 30 days (unless otherwise stated on our website).

6.2 Ending the contract for specific reasons. You may end the contract and receive a full refund if:

  • You disagree with a change to the product or terms.
  • There’s a significant error in price or description.
  • Delivery is delayed significantly.
  • We suspend the product for technical reasons beyond four weeks.

6.3 Right to change your mind. Neffra allows you 30 days to change your mind. Return costs apply, and some items cannot be returned (non-returnable items are described on our website) including products missing components upon return.

6.4 Ending the contract before delivery. If you wish to cancel before dispatch, contact us immediately.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 How to end the contract. Contact us at Contact Form Page for returns, including your name, delivery address, order number, and email.

7.2 Returning products. For returns, follow the instructions on our website’s Returns Policy Page. Items must be returned within 30 days after receipt.

7.3 Refunds. We will refund using your original payment method within 20 days of receiving returned items.

8. Our Rights to End the Contract

8.1 If you breach the contract. We may end the contract if you do not provide necessary information or allow for delivery in a reasonable time. Refunds will apply for items not provided.

9. Price and Payment

9.1 Pricing information. Prices do not include sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.

9.2 Price changes. Prices may change on our website, but your order price remains fixed at the time of purchase.

9.3 Pricing errors. If a pricing error is obvious, we reserve the right to cancel the order, issue a refund, and request the return of any delivered items.

9.4 Accepted payment methods. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal.

9.5 Currency display and payment. For your convenience, our store allows you to view prices in multiple currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, and AUD). Please note, however, that all transactions are processed in USD at checkout. As a result, the final payment amount will be displayed and charged in USD, regardless of the currency selected during browsing. Exchange rates may vary, and your bank or payment provider may apply additional fees or charges for currency conversion. We recommend checking with your financial institution for more information on any applicable fees.

10. Discount Codes

10.1 Discounts. From time to time, we offer discount codes, subject to specific terms provided at the time of offer. Generally:

  • Codes are valid for limited periods on full-priced items only.
  • One code per order, not combinable with other offers.

11. Responsibility for Loss or Damage

11.1 Liability. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach but are not liable for unforeseeable or indirect losses.

11.2 Maximum liability. Our liability to you is limited to $50.

11.3 Exceptions. We do not limit liability for injury, fraud, or other cases where it is unlawful to do so.

12. Use of Personal Information

13. Other Important Terms

13.1 We may transfer this contract to someone else.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organization. We will contact you if we plan to do this. If you are unhappy with the transfer, you may contact us to end the contract within seven days of us informing you, and we will refund you any payments made in advance for products not provided.

13.2 You need our consent to transfer your rights to someone else.
You may only transfer your rights or obligations under these terms to another person if we agree to this in writing.

13.3 Nobody else has any rights under this contract.
This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.

13.4 We may change these terms at any time.
We may make changes to these terms to reflect changes in the law or for any other reason. The most up-to-date version of our terms will always be displayed on our website and/or app, so please review these terms before placing an order to ensure you know of any changes since your last visit.

13.5 If a court finds part of this contract illegal, the rest will continue in force.
Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority finds any part of them unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will continue to be in full force and effect.

13.6 Even if we delay enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later.
If we do not insist immediately that you do anything required under these terms, or delay taking steps against you in respect of breaking this contract, it does not mean you are free from your obligations, and it will not prevent us from taking steps against you at a later date.

13.7 Which laws apply to this contract and where you may bring legal proceedings.
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

14. Class Action Waiver

14.1 Individual Claims Only.
You and Neffra agree to resolve disputes, claims, or controversies on an individual basis. Claims brought under these Terms and Conditions in connection with Neffra must be brought individually and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

14.2 Applicability to Affiliates.
This provision applies to any claims asserted by you against any of Neffra’s affiliates if they arise out of your access to or use of the store or the provision of content, services, and/or technology on or through the store.
