Claims brought under these Terms and Conditions in connection with Neffra must be brought individually and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. 14.2 Applicability to Affiliates. This provision applies to any claims asserted by you against any of Neffra’s affiliates if they arise out of your access to or use of the store or the provision of content, services, and/or technology on or through the store.
